Besides, the important factor that can shape the effective application of ICT for educational is the teachers’ attitudes(Albirini, 2006; Hermans et al. 2008). ICT, the computer for example is a great help in the constructivist approach, where one can design simulated and individualized learning environments to students. So, there are several advantages of using ICT as a tool for teaching and learning process in higher education institution. The advantages are improve the efficiency in educational process, improve in the quality of work and attract student’s interest in learning. Firstly, ICT can improve efficiency in educational process.

In recent years however, there has been a growing interest to know how computers and internet can best utilized to improve effectiveness and efficiency of education at all levels and in both formal and nonformal settings. Furthermore, the use of ICT in the education can also help to upgrade memory retention, increase motivation and enhance deepens understanding(Dede 1998). Moreover, the growing use of ICT as an instructional medium is changing and will likely continue to change many of the strategies employed by both teachers and students in the learning process.

Just as technology is influencing and supporting what is being learned in schools and universities, so too is it supporting changes to the way students are learning. To summarise, ICT gives good advantages in education for the learners and teachers. ICT also can help student and teacher with the interesting activities that provides in the websites. The effectiveness of that kind of activities gives teachers ideas in teaching, so that student can enjoy their lesson.

As a result student can more interest in studying ICT not only the activities but also the wide array information that can easily get from the internet sources.
