6. VISUAL
MERCHANDISING

The
access and outreach to innovation and the best quality of medicine has been a
significant issue over the top evolving companies in the same field, it is
therefore very vital to keep this access to innovation alive.

The
approach to this is innovation is comprehensively taken to less developed and
emerging countries where technology still doesn’t meet the eye, by doing this
the company takes progressive steps to tackle and remove obstacles that limit
their reach to the evolution of this innovation, therefore creating a
meaningful impact on the whole world.

Takeda’s bold, new Access to Medicines strategy is made
up of several components:

Affordability-Based Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs)

Addressing Barriers to Access by Going Beyond Medicines

A Sustainable, Not-for-Profit Approach in Sub-Saharan
Africa

Innovative New R&D Programs

Expanding Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Outreach

Expediting Access to Vaccines

Evolving Our Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Takeda’s selling strategy is defined by the quality
of their medicines which they supply, the patients are bound to better by
health and satisfy their hearts.

7. OPINION OF
PATIENTS

The
year of 1781 was acclaimed when Chobei Takeda led his team and figured out the
way to develop patient and doctor relations focusing on patient reliability and
togetherness. He enhanced the ways of thinking and making more progress in ways
of betterment and stressed on the term, innovation in medicine. But after a
several hundred years, the ones working for Takeda have developed the same
strategic advice to contribute towards the patient’s betterment and rely upon
researches.

They
hope that Takeda’s immense range of medicinal products will enable the
suffering from disease and their families a hope of the need with better care
and hospitality and mainly by the ability to cure.

8. STORE’S
APPAREL

Takeda’s motive was to inspire collaboration,
cooperativeness and improve communication between worker so the design team
from okra, (taking help from Takeda’s ‘torch team’) devised an open plan office
design consisting of a large hub space situating break out areas and
twenty-eight high specification teleconference areas, telepresence areas and
several meeting rooms. The design team used a neutral color palette to create a
clean, pleasant and aesthetic look. They opened a small workspace and
relatively reduced the number of work rooms to only twenty, making it look less
hierarchical.

Making a change in design is a very important
step in trending with adjustment for future realistic approaches that not only
makes the company more inevitable but also enhances efficiency in employees.

The store looks completely futuristic and
redesigned by the mere look of it, below are some pictures of the workplace:

FIG 8.4

The most challenging elements of the project was that the company
remained in operation throughout the refurbishment process which shows the
dedication and work tendency of the company.

Finishing up with sleek design finishes, a
neutral color palette and a modern design look, moreover, Takeda are delighted
with their new and improved workspace.

9. MY VEIW & REFLECTIVE
COMMENTS

Takeda pharmaceuticals is an overall
inspiration leading from the front, it has indeed enticed the field of medicine
by achieving motive and extraordinary research in innovations and betterment of
not only the patients but the entire healthcare community. The best fact I like
about the organization is that it is a patient focused organization, that is,
the priority are the patients and the ability to cure them at the earliest.
Takeda also has an internationally acclaimed research base which is a center
system for medicinal improvements and betterment of the evolving healthcare.
The workplace is driven by integrity and diversity in its best class. There is
no need for marketing as the company has spread its domain over a seventy
countries worldwide so the access of treatment or medicines is definitely not a
problem. The workforce is also collaborative in their work sympathizing and seeking
the chance to make a difference in the society with the reflective actions of
Chobei Takeda.

Speaking about the store or consultancy office
design in this case is that it relates to simplicity ands subtlety, with a
neutral color palette for an authentic and aesthetic look. It is as elegant as
it looks like in the pictures, pure white marble look that’s defines the
contemporary look it blends with other light colors like purple and blue. There
is also lines of plantation plants that gives the clean fresh and homely
feeling. The workspaces are divided into compact definite areas to make it less
hierarchical. The overall experience for the case study was wonderful as I got
to learn how the company was developed starting with determination and hard work,
maintaining its brand throughout the journey. I hope Takeda continues to extend
their solstice in reaching out to patients and evolving as a great healthcare
system.
