Imagine gather gold, and collecting gold can

Imagine getting ripped from your house and working 12-16 hours a day . Are you aware that this is still permitted in our world? Some Adults are at this moment are robbing innocent children from their childhoods and putting them into extremely difficult working condition  whatever condition their in. There are children that are lacking the required education because people are putting them under child labour. Child labor is when children are moved to an industry or business that puts them in a position where they have to work illegally under the power of their captor.   Working 12-16 hours a day leads to bad consequences like not Immunization  , starvation , and disease.  Immunization causes about 2-3 million deaths per year because they are missing out on basic vaccines that could save a life or even a village. Starvation is a major issue in the world of poverty if they don’t get enough food they could die, also Eleven percent of the global population suffers from hunger (one in nine). One in three people is malnourished.

There are many different types of diseases but the most famous in the world for children under child labour is known as tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease killer worldwide. Over 95% of tuberculosis cases and deaths are in developing country. Children under 11 die every minute under harsh conditions. They risk death by gathering the forced materials by their captor. They are forced to gather gold, and collecting gold can be dangerous because they risk fall damage, explosions, tunnel collapses and  breath in dust and toxic gases. Gathering cocoa beans can be very difficult but in this case very dangerous, children have to climb to the top of the tree to gather the pods with an machete, after they gather the pods and  have to get down safely and drag or carry them through the forest, also while collecting Tobacco they can be exposed to tobacco poisoning.

About ,246 million to 168 million kids died because of child labour. In 2015, the total number of illiterate adults reached 745.1 million. About 114 million people lack the required reading and writing skills, 63 percent are women.

In 2014, about 61 million children the appropriate age for elementary school were not enrolled. 15 million girls of primary school age will never have the opportunity to learn to read and write in primary school, compared to about 10 million boys. Child labour is a terrible crime to commit to innocent lives.

Children should be free of any work and not put under any amount of pressure.  These children do not deserve to be  working two times a regular adult and some even work from 6 a.m – 7 p.

m for under 20 cents a day. They are missing the ability to read and write, imagine an adult at an grade 1 level.  Just think how this will affect the future generation. ” All the problems in the world – Child labour, corruption – are symptoms  of spiritual disease: lack of compassion.” – Bill Vaughan
