There are many more exampleslike these big entrepreneurs, but the point we need to focus on; these peopleare so important and inovative in their branches because of they haveentrepreneurial talents and creative ideas. Now, let’s take a look to what arethe entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial competencies.Entrepreneur; commerce, industry, suchas putting capital in large, medium or small size to the beginning of doingbusiness, the person who takes the risk for earning a money and also profit ofthis business.

Entrepreneurship does not have to be particularly in themanufacturing sector, but there are also entrepreneurs in the service sector.According to Joseph Schumpeter,entreprenuers are more than just business creators; they are change agents inthe society.[1] To be an entrepreneur,there is no any point in being a specific educational background. It is only entrepreneurialcompetencies that must be successful entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurialcompetencies are all the features that bring together the many personalattributes that enable entrepreneurs to succeed in their new business. Theentrepreneur must use these entrepreneurial skills in the most effective way toachieve success.As entrepreneur and entrepreneurialcompetencies are generally defined, the ability to describe entrepreneurialcompetencies and the ability to classify these skills according to the authorwill be examined. Entrepreneurial competencies are consisted of industrious,social skill, networking, responsibility, negotiation, determination, inspiringand motivate, creativity, leader, problem solving, innovative ideas, attracting,passionate, try to control everything and cannot choose correct rival. Than,those compentencies will be explained step by step.Industrious is one of the most importantof the entrepreneurial talents. If the found creative idea is not supported bycertain features, it will be understood that they will disappear over time.Entrepreneurs need to work hard so that their creative ideas do not disappear.

Entrepreneurs who have the industrious feature always work on their ideas andalways work to improve their ideas. It is the greatest proof that hard work isnecessary for entrepreneurship.Social skill is one of the skills that asuccessful entrepreneur must possess. It is one of the qualities that youshould use when you get the idea that you have found it; It is a property thatcan be observed everywhere from the formation phase of the idea to the salesphase.Also with this skill, entreprenuer can give proper answer to other sideand explain her/his idea properly.Networking also so beneficial comptencefor entrepreneurs. For these ability, there is a lot of work on the world butone of the famous one is six degrees of seperation. This idea was founded in1929 by Frigyes Karinthy, according to Fringy Karinthy, eveyone can reace sixsteps or even less than six step to required person.

Entrepreneurial importanceof networking; entreprenuer can reach some resources, customer, and substantialperson which is her/his business.Determination could shine the businessbecause entreprenuer who has ability of determination could take a reasonablerisk in his/her business or could proceed more confident decision and increasetheir business or entreprenuer step by step with this ability.Entreprenuer who has ability ofnegotiation could control or manage the negotiation which decision entreprenuerneeds. Generally person who has this skill could be the dominant side and gothighest value for his business.

Responsibility is the obligation of theperson to fulfill his obligations to himself and others in a timely manner. Theresponsible person is the one who takes initiative and can act on its own tomake a work that needs to be done in a timely manner. Person who hasresponsibilty could do their duties on time and could earn turst her / hiscustomers.Whole entreprenuers have to inspiring andmotivation because sometimes thier teams could lost motivation andentreprenuers have to motivate their labours. Also, inspring is so beneficalbecause entreprenuers can find different ideas for their business.

Creativity is the ability to imaginesomething that is not, to do something differently in different ways, and todevelop new ideas. In other words, creativity is about seeing what everyonesees and thinking about different. We can predict how important it will be inentrepreneurship; maximum benefit can be achieved by solving the problems withdifferent solutions.The leader is responsible for managingthe environment, making good use of the neighborhood, making radical changes inthe ongoing tradition; intuition, intelligence and knowledge based on decisionsand practices that carry the person is called. Leader; is the person whoinfluences the environment, depending on the power available to it. She/heknows that she/he can stand behind the difficult decisions she/he makes and theconsequences.

The problems and conflicts that arisewhen the individual and the group live in harmony with the environment theylive in are considered as problems, and the negativities and conflicts thatarise between individuals and groups in this situation are also called problemsolving. Some can be counted correctly using specific problem solvingstrategies, or it is possible to reach the solutions that a majority willaccept.Innovative ideas could be produced new,different and different ideas and to pass these ideas to life. With theseideas, you can solve a problem or prevent a new problem. Entreprenuer who has ability ofattraction could accept her/his term to the other side. Also this person canget some agreement with this skill.

Passion feels intense enthusiasm or acompelling desire for a thought. It is a matter of being connected to somethingwith great interest. Passion can vary from interval of interest or admiration,which is an idea, suggestion or cause. According to academic researches,passion is the second best entreprenuerial compentencies on their bar graph.[2]The ability to control everything givesthe entrepreneur a great benefit and also advantage, while at the same time itwill have to make a lot of effort while trying to do so. The entrepreneur whohas this ability will have a more smooth and problem-free operation by solvingthe problems that she/he has encountered in her/his operation. At the sametime, this feature can also be used on the market where it operates, or it canturn bad situations into its favor.Choosing the right rival is a veryimportant ability for the growing and developing business or entreprise becauseof this reason the entrepreneur must be very careful.

If entreprenuers couldwrong move, she/he have missed a co-operation and won a very big rival.According to author, his entreprenuerialcompetencies consist of three group and these are; sthrength skills,middle-level skills and weak skills. Sthrength skills are consist ofindustrious, social skill, networking, responsibility, negotiation, determinedand inspring and motivate. Middle level skills are consist of creativity,innovative ideas, leader and attracting. Weak skills are consist of try tocontrol everything, cannot choose correct rival and passion. The author couldgive a specific example for those abilities in his real life. My family alsohas entreprenuerial experience, my father was establish the first boutiquehotel in Ayval?k region.

From foundation to nowadays, I have been working withmy family and also last four years I have been using my entreprenuerialcompetencies so effectivly to our business. Also my stregnth, meddil level andweek skills are choosen base on this. Firstly I want to show how we areindustious, social skills, networking, responsible on the same sentence; everyyear we try to show our customers, amateur spirit of professional work. Forexample at the beginning of summer season, we add some new part of forcustomer. Every day of holiday of customer, we try our best to be theirhappiness and also we choose fresh and the best food for our customer.

Each ofour customer, we talk like our friend(in respectfully) and we try to get someconnection with them because everybody know it if you charm or gratify to yourcustomer, it’s directly to turn you with a networking. Then, friends of friendwants to come to and increase your number of customer and networking. Also, wehave never ever try to cheet our customer, for example, we are not seasidehotel but we are 1 minute far away from the sea, even for this we do not shareany sea photos in our webpages.We are always responsible to our customer but wealso have one more service for them, babysitting without any payment. If somefamily wants to enjoy one night in the city, we can take care for them theirchildren.

With all of these competencies are adding with my idea because of myfather did not has any managerial or entreprenuerial education. Now I will givean example of middle level skills and how do I increase their level. The ideaof this entreprenuership was so creative and innovative because it was notattemped before.

When we have success with this entreprenuer, other people wantto try. We can examine my leader skills two diffrent way and those market andcustomer relation. Some of customers want to humiliate our labours and in thattime I will finish that conversation in a kind way and support my labour. Otherone is leader in market, we are organize association for supporting our rightsbut I founded this idea, my father is the president of the association.According to me, I am good enough with those competencies but those are not mystrongest competencies.

I have to increase my creativity and innovative ideasbefore the other two of them. According to given resource; there is a few stepsto enhance your creativity and innovative ideas and those are; embracingdiversity, expecting creativity, expecting and toleration the failure,encouraging curiosity, viewing problems as challenges, providing creativitytraining and providing support.[3] Ifthe entreprenuer and also I follow these points and face them, everybody canenhace their creaticity and innovative ideas. The final one is weak skillsexample and improve methods. Even this entreprenuer belongs to my family butsometimes I lose my passion of this job. As I mention before, passion is thesecond best ability for the entreprenuerial. According to my research, it showsI have to change something, I have to make some difference. So in next summerseason, I will get agreement with different butique hotel in same ragion, withthese agreement I will also take back whole my passion and with this passion Iwill work for my business.

In 2014, I lost one of the biggest partnership offerin my region because I did not choose wisely to my rival or fellow. Maybe Ilost so good agreement for my business but also I learn so important point,Search the market and learn other parties and than make your decison. I havebeen trying to increased this skill with a workshops, my education and alsoreading a related some books.As a result, in this article I haveoutlined the most general lines of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurialcompetencies, by examining the extent to which I have these entrepreneurialcompetencies and the entrepreneurship experience I have. To be a successfulentrepreneur as I understand from my work; innovative thinking, creativity,passion, social skills and being able to use all of them at the right time.
