Each and every one of us considers one important person that has made a huge impact in our lives. Some of us consider our mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, best friend, husband, and wife as the most significant individual in our lives. Although this may look cliche, I consider my mother as the most important person in my life. Based on Wikipedia, a mother is the biological and social female parent of a child. However, the work mother means more than a biological and social part of the society for me. For me the mother hones the future leaders, entrepreneurs, religious leaders and important individuals in the society.
The prominent figures in our society nowadays are the product of not the individual’s goals and ambitions but by the knowledge, attitudes and information that the mother have imparted. My mother is the most significant figure in my life because without her I will not live, from the day she met me until today my mother has sacrificed her life just to make me happy. She always eats last during dinner time in order to see her family gets enough food. She puts behind her wants in order to address our needs. Her unwavering support for my goals and ambitions has been my key in pursuing my dreams.
And what makes my mother the most important individual in my life aside from those that I have mentioned? It is the fact that even though as many times that we have our disagreements, and even if I am not the best child she could ever have, she always makes me feel that I am the best gift she ever received from God. Even though my mother is the most significant person in my life, I cannot really express how I feel about her in just words. My mother is not my whole life, but she is a really big part of my life. My whole world does not only revolve around her, but she is the most influential person who inspires me.
Before I make a serious decision, I always ask my mother’s opinion because she always knows what is best for me. My mother is my best friend, my teacher, my supporter, my role model, and she is the most vital part of my life! My mother is not just another woman; she is beyond extraordinary! My mother is very kind, loving, friendly, patient, intelligent, not including a beautiful woman! My mom is not tall, but she is not short. She has short curly brown hair with natural highlights. My mom’s eyes are like two astonishing clouds of the Caribbean Sea with a mix of the deep blue sky; she has a beautiful smile that shines from ear to ear.
With just one glance of her smile would just tickle my mood and in a flash brighten my day. When my mom gives me a hug, the hug feels like she is hugging from her soul, she is never the first one to release from a hug. My mom’s hugs are always warm and inviting! It seems like no matter how old I get my mom always expects a hug and kiss before a leave the house to hang out with my friends, head for school and/or work. Not only is my mother give great hugs, but she loves all the things in the house to be in their rightful place (clean and organized), no messes allowed! She always strives to keep the house in ship shape as possible.
Despite of all my mom’s unique qualities, I will always love her. I have known my mother for the majority of my life; I know her very well, and I have learned to love her including whatever flaws she may have since the day we first met. Relatives always tell me stories about the special day that my mother and I received our first greetings. They tell me how important I was to my mom. I was the foundation of her joy, strength, peace and love. She has never steered me wrong in any guidance given to me and always supported me in any situation. She will always be the greatest role model in my mind!
