There is possibility, when the junket tablet was grind and given water, some of the junket tablet’s powder haven’t actually dissolve with the water so they precipitated at the bottom.By using dropper, there is a chance that the students only took the upper part of the mixture so that they didn’t get much concentration of renin from the junket tablet as they precipitated at the bottom.

Therefore, the results will not be accurate as the concentration of renin was not enough to make the milk clot. Conclusion: Based on the experiment and the table results, it is proved that the results support my hypothesis.
