Introduction:Children are the most sensitive and important individuals of every society, other than they bringing  innocence  and color to our worlds they are also young adults living the most important parts of their lives, which would determine as to who they become for the rest of their lives.

They are also sometimes referred to as ‘sponges’ because of their ability to easily absorb all activities and gestures being performed around them. And whatever they observe in their young lives from their families, is what would mold, get polished and develop, turning them into mature and responsible adults.After the mother’s lap, the first education to which a child is transported to outside the boundaries of his house is the preschool, also known as the day care or kindergarten. Preschool usually admits children from an age group ranging amid 18 months to 5 years. As the child brought to such a school is new and fresh to the outside world, such an institute holds an immense rule in child development.

The framework of a preschool is formed by trained and professional personals, which cater in providing proper administration, a good student teacher relation, improvising an adequate environment, creative assessments and pay attention to each child separately. The main point of such institutes is to let the child develop his own abilities and discover his unique aspects of creativity. Moreover, such games help in the proper circulation and growth of the child, building a better posture and helping the child’s skeletal system towards a substantial development.Social DevelopmentThese activities played in groups help the child understand the aspects of cooperation and trust in individuals other than his family, thus advancing him to the outside world. This builds the child’s self-assurance and ability to communicate with others.

They are taught to share and sacrifice with their friends, and to live to work according to simple rules so as to they know that they yearn a responsibility onto others.Cognitive DevelopmentSuch activities do not only enhance a child’s physical capabilities but also bring about mental growth. Movement Programs focus on enhancing the child’s reflex actions, making him mentally active to his surroundings, to observe them and later question about them as is the focal point towards greater learning. Retaining minor things and later testing them upon it, help the child in learning how to create memories and to recall them at the adequate time.

They also help the child to create mental stories and be imaginative with his self, structuring upon his creative aspects.Emotional DevelopmentEmotions of children of this age are high and short lived; and need to be taught the practice of catharsis. They are encouraged to express their own feelings thus, creating words for their own feelings and teaching them a way to exhibit them in the open.Conclusion:These programs are usually videotaped during commencement so as to observe a child’s performance more aptly, to create a feedback for the parents and to specialize in their teaching strategies.
