The this power sector. The uses of

     The
Sun, life of solar system, has been the principle source of energy from the
beginning of the earth and its energy is being used in versatile ways more and
more nowadays. Specifically, solar power indicates the conversion of energy of
sunlight to electricity.  Electricity has
been the most efficient form of energy in the 21st century and so
the necessity of solar power is on the rise every year. Another reason of its
increasing application is that solar power has no boundary of use. Generally
speaking, this sort of power can be the future of mankind.

If solar power is being highlighted that much in
recent days, there are more than enough reasons for that. First of all, it is
certainly a renewable power source. The sunlight will be available for billions
of years placing it in a position of eternal source for human race. It can also
help to reduce the pressure on other fuels such as natural gas, oil, coal etc.
as these are being used in many electric power plant. Besides, the energy
produced by sunlight beats other source of energy by a big margin in case of
protecting environment. It is totally carbon emission free. Moreover, solar
panels are very easy to be maintained after installation as the maintaining
cost is low enough. All of these are also motive of more technological
advancement in this power sector.

     The
uses of solar power has been in many sectors these days. Most important is the
production of electricity from sunlight through photo-voltaic cell. This can
assist us to fight the power crisis in future. Not to mention, it is very
helpful for rural or hilly areas where electricity connection of power grid is
not convenient. People of these areas can install a solar panel on their house
and have quite a useful access to electric power. In addition to these, the
sunlight is also being used in case of indoor lighting, battery charging, water
heating etc.

Though usage of solar power indicates
eternity, it has some disadvantages too. The initial cost of any solar powered
project is too high. Alongside, products used in these projects sometimes
contain toxic materials which endanger our nature. This power’s weather
dependency is another major problem as modern science still cannot control weather
condition. As a result, the electricity production is hampered. Additionaly, these
projects need a lot of space which cannot be provided in some situations.

Mankind needs solutions for the increasing
power crisis in planet earth and solar power is surely one of them. This power
can be a boon for power hungry developing countries where natural sources of
fossil fuels are not that available. They can eye this eternal power for future
development and have more advancement through research of this opportunity.
Henceforth, this is just a matter of time that solar power turns into one of
the most used power source of the world.
