This fantastic villa
ideally located on the secure resort of Tuscan Hills which has key code access
to the front gate. The community resort facilities consist of a clubhouse that
has fitness centre and games room. A full size tennis court and beach volley
ball court is also available to use. For the little ones there is a colourful children’s
play area. Supermarkets and restaurants are within an easy 10 minute drive and
the Disney attractions are only 30 minutes away. There is a large mall about 10
minutes further along the road at Posner Park.

This villa is set on one
level so is ideal for those travelling with elderly or guests with limitations.
There is a spacious and comfortable open plan family living area with 3 seater
sofa which can pull out to a sofa bed and armchairs. For evening entertainment
there is also TV and DVD player.

The main doors open up
to the large and spacious private pool area where you can swim or relax in the
tropical Florida days and nights. Outside there is a fully screened in pool and
spa with good sized patio deck backing onto pine woodland and surrounded by
hedges for almost complete privacy. There is a patio table seating 4 and 4 sun
loungers.  

The fully equipped
kitchen includes all the amenities you would expect from a home from home like
this and there is also and bar area and seating.  There is a spacious
dining area with adequate seating for up to 8 adults.

There are two master
suites both with a queen bed, walk in closet and both have direct access to the
pool and decking area. The 1st master en-suite bathroom has an deep tub,
separate walk in shower, 2 basins and WC.  The second has an en-suite
bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.  Bedrooms 3 and 4 both
have twin beds and spacious double closet.  There are TV’s in all
bedrooms. The twin bedrooms share the family bathroom which has bath/shower,
basin and WC.

So not to take home washing you also have a Utility
room with washer and dryer. Parking is available at the property both on the
drive and in the garage.
